• Married 37 years to wife Sherry with BS degree in teaching.. 1 daughter married who was a lead singer in a rock band for 10 years who now is finishing up nursing school presently working @ St. Marys hospital in Knoxville with her husband a dispatcher with Rural Metro ambulance service and EMT on his off days. 2 sons, one with college degree in Music Performance who plays with local bands.
•  Moved here from Pennsylvania in 1999.
•  Licensed R/E for over 7 years.
• Attend Holy Cross Catholic Church and a choir member for over 5 years and a Knight of Columbus member..
•  Retired U.S.ARMY as a E-7 (sergeant first class) with over 25 years service with training as a Army Medic, Food Service Manager and Army vehicle mechanic with last duty assignment as a  Senior Instructor in Mechanics. Spent 2 years in Middle East( Teheran, Iran) as an Enlisted Aide for a Major General in 1968. Later in my career was called up in 1991 for Desert Storm. Was nominated Soldier of the Year which earned me a Army Accommodation Medal.
• Retired with 30 years service with General Electric Company in Pennsylvania with jobs in the Locomotive Division with Electronics, Welding, Soldering,  and complex Cab wiring/assembly and Mass Transit assembly. Held positions as a elected Union Leader for UE506 for nearly 20 years and shift leader in the electronic card assembly division for 80 employees and group timekeeper in Mass Transit plant.
• I did take some Accounting and Insurance courses. And I had a barber manager license and operated my own shop in Pennsylvania. Also held General Manager food service positions in Pennsylvania and owned and operated my own cafe in Sevierville called the DOG HOUSE CAFE on Court Avenue in 1999 and operated a portable food concession trailer as well.  Have owned single and multi-family income producing properties for over 25 years..
• In my younger days was a pitcher in the U.S. ARMY and Industrial Leagues fast pitch soft ball teams and did some down hill skiing, racket ball and tennis. Also coached soccer and baseball for my children when they were in grade school and later years a booking manager/ agent for rock bands my son and daughter were in for 5 years.
• Have sold property as far west as Nashville, north Knox county, Morristown and Gatlinburg and deal primarily in residential sales, but have sold land and commercial real estate as well.
• Favorite saying: Tell the truth and there is nothing to remember.
• Best compliment is when you have done an excellent job representing clients and they appreciate you even after the sale with referrals to other friends and family.
